1. Cook your pasta while preparing the recipe (add a spoonful of olive oil to the salted pasta water with a pinch of basil).
2. In a large salad bowl, put the surimi cut into small pieces, drained tuna, tomatoes cut into small quarters, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lemon thyme, and chopped chives.
3. Gently mix everything together.
4. When the pasta is "al dente", drain it in a colander and immediately rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking and cool the pasta.
5. Then pour the pasta into the bowl with the mixture and carefully mix everything together so that all the pasta is coated with the mixture.
6. If you're not serving immediately, refrigerate the bowl; otherwise, it's ready to be served!
