Surimi Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook your pasta while preparing the recipe (add a spoonful of olive oil to the salted pasta water with a pinch of basil).
  • 2.   In a large salad bowl, put the surimi cut into small pieces, drained tuna, tomatoes cut into small quarters, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, lemon thyme, and chopped chives.
  • 3.   Gently mix everything together.
  • 4.   When the pasta is "al dente", drain it in a colander and immediately rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking and cool the pasta.
  • 5.   Then pour the pasta into the bowl with the mixture and carefully mix everything together so that all the pasta is coated with the mixture.
  • 6.   If you're not serving immediately, refrigerate the bowl; otherwise, it's ready to be served!

  • 500 g of penne
  • 1 bag of surimi
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
