Chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese/herbs

Instructions

  • 1.   Mash the goat cheese in a bowl with a fork, add cream, herbs, and lemon.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise on one side, stuff them with the goat cheese mixture.
  • 3.   Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Wrap in aluminum foil.
    Cook for 20-25 minutes over medium heat.
