Korean Bibimbap

Instructions

  • 1.   Start by cooking the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   The sauce: mix sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, crushed garlic, and a small piece of ginger cut into small pieces.
  • 3.   Cut the beef into very thin slices, place them in the sauce, and refrigerate.
  • 4.   Cut the carrots and zucchini into thin slices. Slice the mushrooms.
  • 5.   In a large skillet or wok, sauté the vegetables with a little sunflower oil and a little soy sauce.
  • 6.   Cook the beef for 2 minutes in a little hot oil.
  • 7.   Then, cook the eggs (sunny-side up).
  • 8.   Serve everything in large bowls with rice at the bottom, vegetables around, and the meat and/or rice in the middle.

  • 500 g of rump steak
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 4 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon of sesame oil
