1. Start by cooking the rice according to the instructions on the package.
2. The sauce: mix sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, crushed garlic, and a small piece of ginger cut into small pieces.
3. Cut the beef into very thin slices, place them in the sauce, and refrigerate.
4. Cut the carrots and zucchini into thin slices. Slice the mushrooms.
5. In a large skillet or wok, sauté the vegetables with a little sunflower oil and a little soy sauce.
6. Cook the beef for 2 minutes in a little hot oil.
7. Then, cook the eggs (sunny-side up).
8. Serve everything in large bowls with rice at the bottom, vegetables around, and the meat and/or rice in the middle.
