Recipe for Guémené Andouille Galette

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, pour the heavy cream and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of whole grain mustard (according to taste).

    Slice the onion and sauté it in a buttered pan.

    Add the sliced onions to the cream.

    Place each galette in a pan or on the greased bilig.

    Pour a little cream and place 4 slices of Guémené Andouille on top.

    Let the galette heat up, fold it and enjoy it hot!
