Instructions

  • 1.   Pour olive oil over the couscous, mix, then add lemon juice and pour boiling water over it.
    Add chopped onion and olive oil, mix occasionally until the couscous is tender.
  • 2.   Dice the vegetables, crumble the tuna, and chop the mint.
