Cajun Chicken Skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely mince the garlic and onion.

    Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
    Pour the cold marinade over the chicken and mix well to coat all the pieces.
    Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Thread the chicken pieces onto lightly oiled skewers and reserve the remaining marinade for cooking.

    Heat the griddle over high heat for 5 minutes, then place the chicken skewers on it to cook.

    Once they start to brown, flip them over and brush the remaining marinade onto the surface of the skewers using a brush.

    Finish cooking by flipping them occasionally.

  • 3 chicken breast

  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 3 tablespoon of tomato coulis
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 stalk of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
