Oven-Baked Zucchini Fries

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Mix the flour and Herbes de Provence. Beat the eggs. Crush the breadcrumbs into a breading and mix with the Parmesan cheese.
    Wash the zucchini and remove the ends, then cut them into sticks.
  • 2.   Roll the zucchini sticks in the flour and Herbes de Provence mixture, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese mixture.
    Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, keeping an eye on the cooking process.

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 6 teaspoon of Provence herb
  • 1 pinch of salt
