WW Pear Chocolate Mini Cakes

Small and light treats. Indulge without feeling guilty. Replace sugar with a sweetener for an even lighter recipe.

Instructions

  • 1.   Crack the eggs into a bowl.
    Whisk them with sugar or sweetener.
  • 2.   Add the flour, mix well, then add the other ingredients gradually, finishing with the chocolate chips.
  • 3.   Pour into small silicone molds halfway.
  • 4.   Peel one or two pears (depending on their size) and cut them into cubes.
  • 5.   Distribute them over the cakes.
  • 6.   Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 7.   Enjoy!

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of bitter almond flavor
  • 20 g of dark chocolate chip
  • 3 tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1 large pear
