Lamb sauté with peas

A dish that comes to me from I don't know where, from I don't know who. But it's so original!

Instructions

  • 1.   Season the meat with salt and pepper and set it aside. Peel the onion and slice it into rounds, peel the garlic clove and crush it. Rinse the parsley, remove the leaves and finely chop them.
  • 2.   In a saucepan, pour the oil and sauté the meat without browning it. Set it aside in a dish and replace it with the onions. Sauté them until they just become translucent. Add the garlic, saffron, a large glass of water. Crumble the chicken bouillon cube, pour it into the saucepan along with the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 3.   Pour in the peas and chopped parsley and let it cook for 10 minutes.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 g of saffron
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 500 g of green pea (frozen)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
