  • If you can't find chicken thigh fillets, you can use 1/2 chicken thigh per person and debone it, discarding the skin.

  • 125 g of large rice noodles

  • 2 tablespoon of oil

  • ½ teaspoon of sriracha sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • Pour agrémenter :

  • 1 lime
  • 3 g of fresh coriander (optional)
