1. Drain the silken tofu and put it in the blender. Add the agave syrup and blend well. Incorporate the red fruits. Blend the mixture until smooth and homogeneous.
2. Pour into 2 bowls and refrigerate until the cream sets.
3. Remove the creams from the refrigerator, add 1 tablespoon of red fruits to each bowl, as well as the chopped mint. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
