Chocolate Biscuit Cups

Instructions

  • 1.   Start by making your dough.
    Put all the ingredients in a food processor with an S blade, blend until you obtain a homogeneous and dense dough. Place on a floured work surface and shape into a ball.
    Form small balls and place them in mini muffin molds, press in the center with your thumb to create a hollow.
  • 2.   Bake for about 12 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
    Let cool on a wire rack.
  • 3.   Fill with a hazelnut.
    Melt the chocolate and cover the hazelnut, let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can swap the hazelnut butter for cashew or white almond or macadamia butter... I recommend a butter with a neutral and mild taste.
    Variations: peanut butter and chocolate filling.

  • 200 g of chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 100 g of flour
  • 60 g of hazelnut butter
  • 70 g of agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pour la garniture :
  • 16 hazelnuts
  • 40 g of 70% dark chocolate
