Light and Satisfying Breakfast

A delicious breakfast made with chia seeds that provide a satisfying power. Customize it in many ways by varying the dairy product (Greek yogurt, Skyr, cow's milk or plant-based milk...), the fruits, and adding honey, agave syrup, dried fruits...

Instructions

  • 1.   The day before or 2 hours before, mix the yogurt well with the chia seeds.
  • 2.   Add sweetener according to your taste.
  • 3.   Let it rest for a few hours or overnight.
    The chia seeds will swell and give a gelatinous texture to the yogurt (similar to a custard).
  • 4.   When serving, add the muesli and raspberries and enjoy.

  • 30 g of unsweetened muesli
  • 1 handful of raspberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 teaspoon of sweetener
