Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the dry ingredients.
    Then add the finely chopped olives and liquid ingredients.
  • 2.   Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour so that the dough absorbs the flavor of the herbs and olives.
  • 3.   Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 mm.
    Cut with a pastry wheel or cookie cutter.
  • 4.   Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
    In an air fryer, cook at 160°C for 9 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon of Provence herb
