Instructions

. In a bowl, beat the egg with the sweetener using a fork.

. Add the semolina and baking powder.
Mix, then add all the ingredients except for the coconut flakes.

. Cook in the microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.

. Unmold onto a plate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
