Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, beat the egg with the sweetener using a fork.
  • 2.   Add the semolina and baking powder.
    Mix, then add all the ingredients except for the coconut flakes.
  • 3.   Cook in the microwave for 2 to 2.5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.
  • 4.   Unmold onto a plate and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  • 5.   Enjoy warm.

  • 7 g of coconut chip
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt

  • 2 pinch of vanilla sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener
