Chicken Mascarpone & Tomato in the Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut each chicken tender into three pieces.
  • 2.   Preheat the Cookeo in the sauté mode, then add the olive oil, pressed garlic clove, and chicken pieces. Let them brown for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • 3.   Add the white wine, crumbled bouillon cube, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Switch to pressure cooking mode (or quick mode) for 7 minutes.
  • 4.   At the end of this cooking time, add the mascarpone and stir well while keeping it warm for 2 minutes. Adjust the seasoning with a little salt and pepper.

  • 7 cl of white wine
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 150 g of tomato coulis
  • 140 g of tomato paste
  • 250 g of mascarpone
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
