Light plum crumble

A lighter version of crumble, but you can use butter and sugar instead of sweetener (I used Sugarly and light butter). A delicious way to use up overripe fruit. Enjoy cold or warm with a dollop of thick cream or a scoop of ice cream.

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and cut the plums into pieces, making sure to remove the pits.
    Sweeten them with sweetener or any other sugar (optional).
  • 2.   Put them in a baking dish or divide into 4 individual molds.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, sweetener, ground almonds, and butter.
    The consistency of the mixture should resemble couscous.
  • 4.   Spread the mixture over the fruit.
  • 5.   Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the crumble is golden brown.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Preferably use very ripe plums.

  • 35 g of almond powder
  • 40 g of flour
  • 3 tablespoon of sweetener
