Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the cauliflower leaves, removing the white and tough (bitter) part, with diced potatoes, water, broth, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes over low heat.
  • 2.   Blend the vegetables with butter and cream, then adjust the seasoning.
