Blueberry Tartlet Bowlcake

For a light and indulgent breakfast or snack I used sugar-free Gerblé jam

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina.
    Add 1 teaspoon of jam, 1/2 yogurt, and the baking powder.
  • 2.   Pour the mixture into a flat mold of your desired shape and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • 3.   Let it cool for a moment and then flip it onto a plate.
  • 4.   Mix the Skyr with 1 teaspoon of jam and spread the mixture on the "tartlet". Decorate with the fruits.

  • 3 pinch of baking powder
  • 3 teaspoon of skyr
  • 2 teaspoon of jam
  • 1 handful of blueberry
