1. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds using a knife.
2. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, namely flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla seeds. In another container, crack 2 eggs, add melted butter, mix, and then add milk. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps.
3. Heat a non-stick pan (10 cm in diameter) over high heat. Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter. As soon as small holes appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for an additional one to two minutes.
I made it as a crepe party, but if you have a pancake maker, feel free to use it for a more family-friendly experience.
4. Provide other ingredients so that everyone can eat what they want. You can include typical hot beverages, yogurt, fruits, sausages, cheese, and, of course, for the pancakes, you can add honey, jam, melted butter, or spread. The only limit is your imagination!
