1 | Chicken with 2 sautéed cabbages

There are several varieties of broccoli, which differ in the color of the floral buds, pale green or purple.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot, bring a large amount of water to a boil and steam the broccoli and cauliflower with a stainless steel expanding basket for 7 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, brown the thinly sliced chicken in a non-stick skillet. Deglaze with 1/2 glass of water and add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil + 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds.
  • 3.   Add the broccoli and sauté gently for 3 minutes.
  • 4.   Add a little water from time to time to prevent sticking. Serve hot with steamed rice!

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 kg of cauliflower
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)

    Sunflower oil is not mentioned in the ingredients, just like the seeds. I think it should be replaced with sesame. Or is it the other way around? And what about the cauliflower?
