Light and fluffy express cake with white peaches
A light and sweet treat.... You can replace the sugar with a sweetener, like I did.

Instructions

. Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla.

. Add the flour, baking powder, and yogurt.
Mix well.

. Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.

. Line a springform cake pan with parchment paper.

. Pour the batter into the pan.
Add the peach pieces.

. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F).

. Let it cool slightly before removing the sides of the pan, making sure to loosen the cake from the edges by running a knife around it.

I left it in the oven for 45 minutes to make sure it was well cooked. Absolutely delicious cake! It's similar to flan.
