Instructions
1. In olive oil, sauté the finely chopped shallot and garlic.
Add white wine and let it thicken (over medium heat).
Add water and let it thicken again.
2. Strain and pour the liquid back into the pan.
Add cream and let it thicken.
Set aside for plating.
3. Prepare the cod fillets in portions (110g per person).
Bake them for 12 minutes at 220°C.
