Ham and Avocado Wraps

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the avocado, spices, and lime juice in a bowl. Arrange the avocado slices on the tortillas.
  • 2.   Fill the tortillas with ham, bell peppers, lettuce, and salsa. Roll up to enclose the filling.

Notes & Suggestions

  • For children, you can replace the bell peppers with fresh tomatoes. You can also use a light sauce of your choice instead of salsa.

  • ½ avocados
  • ¼ teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • 6 slice of white ham
  • 100 g of roasted pepper in jar
  • 60 g of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoon of salsa sauce (optional)
