Instructions

  • 1.   Crush the raspberries through a fine sieve with the back of a spoon. Add the vinegar, oil, and sweetener. Season to taste.
  • 2.   Serve with a salad accompanied by duck breast, slow-cooked lamb, or grilled chicken.

Notes & Suggestions

  • This vinaigrette can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 1 week.
