Instructions

  • 1.   Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water. Season to taste.
  • 2.   Serve with an iceberg lettuce salad and poached eggs, poached chicken and pistachios, or smoked salmon.

  • This vinaigrette can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for 1 week.
