Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a hot pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and place it in the hot pan.
3. Brown the meat on all sides, it's important to add flavor.
4. Once well seared, season with pepper.
5. Place the two pork tenderloins in a baking dish.
6. Add sprigs of thyme and rosemary.
7. Place a few pieces of butter on the pork tenderloins.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200°C, basting the tenderloin regularly and flipping it halfway through cooking.
Once cooked, remove from the oven, season with pepper, and let it rest covered for about 10 minutes.

Serve with a gratin, mashed potatoes, or a mesclun salad.
