Bowlcake Apple Tart with Salted Caramel

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the apple.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the egg with the semolina and baking powder.
  • 3.   Add the yogurt, applesauce, sweetener, and vanilla.
    Mix well.
  • 4.   Pour into one or two molds (depending on the size you want).
  • 5.   Arrange the apple slices and cook for 3 or 4 minutes in the microwave.
  • 6.   Unmold onto a plate and drizzle with some liquid caramel.
  • 7.   Enjoy warm.

  • 30 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 teaspoon of salted butter caramel
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of liquid sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla flavor
