Raspberry Verrine

A very chic dessert prepared in 5 minutes Very fresh and light, it will delight your guests! Also delicious for breakfast For an even lighter dessert, you can use sugar-free jam like I did.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the Skyr with the jam and sugar or sweetener.
  • 2.   Pour a portion of the mixture into pretty glasses or verrines.
  • 3.   Place a macaron in the center and pour a little kirsch (or another alcohol of your choice) over it.
  • 4.   Cover with a little Skyr and arrange half of the raspberries.
    Cover with Skyr again.
  • 5.   Arrange the remaining raspberries.
    Pour raspberry coulis over it.
  • 6.   Sprinkle some crispy muesli on top.
  • 7.   Enjoy!

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace Skyr with cottage cheese.

  • 130 g of skyr
  • 125 g of raspberry
  • 2 teaspoon of raspberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia sugar
  • 2 small almond macaroon (small dry oven)
  • 2 teaspoon of raspberry coulis
  • 2 teaspoon of kirsch
  • 1 teaspoon of crispy muesli
