Glazed Beef Roast

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Take the beef roast out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.
    Mix the honey and mustard in a small bowl.
    Peel and finely chop the onion. Crush the garlic clove.
  • 3.   Heat a pan with olive oil.
    Season the meat on all sides with salt and brown it in the pan.
  • 4.   Remove from heat and brush the meat with the honey-mustard mixture using a brush.
    Place the aromatic garnish in an ovenproof dish with the meat and add a glass of water.
    Insert the probe into the thickest part of the roast.
    Set the probe function to 56°C (133°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
  • 5.   Remove the meat and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
    Strain the cooking juices.
    Serve hot with the juice on the side.
