Raspberry White Chocolate Bowlcake

A delicious bowlcake for a gourmet breakfast or dessert!

Instructions

  • 1.   Using a good knife, cut the white chocolate into small pieces.
  • 2.   Crack an egg into a bowl.
    Add the semolina and baking powder.
  • 3.   Mix well and add a heaping tablespoon of yogurt, a heaping tablespoon of applesauce, and the sweetener of your choice.
  • 4.   Add the white chocolate and raspberries.
  • 5.   Set aside a few raspberries and some white chocolate shards for decoration.
  • 6.   Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • 7.   Unmold onto a plate.
    Decorate with raspberries, white chocolate shards, and raspberry coulis.
  • 8.   Enjoy!

  • 1 egg
  • 25 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 1 handful of raspberry
  • 12 g of white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon of sweetener
  • 6 g of raspberry coulis
