Apple Speculoos Caramel Bowlcake

A delicious bowlcake with the tasty flavor of speculoos for a gourmet breakfast or snack. You can replace the oat flakes with fine semolina.

Instructions

  • 1.   Crush 2 biscuits into crumbs in a bowl.
  • 2.   Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
    Set aside a few pieces for decoration.
    Microwave the remaining apple pieces with a pinch of cinnamon for 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Beat the egg with the sweetener using a fork.
    Add the oat flakes, baking powder, applesauce, and yogurt.
  • 4.   Mix well and add the apple pieces and speculoos crumbs (keep some for decoration).
    Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  • 5.   Microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • 6.   Unmold onto a plate.
    Sprinkle with the remaining speculoos crumbs and decorate with apple pieces and liquid caramel (optional).

  • 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon of sweetener
  • 1 Golden apple
  • 2 speculoos

  • 6 g of salted butter caramel (optional)
