Vanilla Raspberry WW Crème brûlée / 3 SmartPoints per serving

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 100 °C (th. 3/4). In the blender bowl, crack the eggs. Add the silken tofu, milk, 20 g of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Scrape the vanilla bean and add it to the mixture. Blend until smooth, then pour into 4 mini 8 x 11 cm ramekins.
  • 2.   Distribute the raspberries on top. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and caramelize with a blowtorch or broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
