Sweet and Sour Chicken with Cucumber and Cottage Cheese/ WW/ 3 SP

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillets. For the marinade, mix the sambal, honey, paprika, half of the pressed garlic clove, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Transfer this marinade and the chicken fillets into a freezer bag, knead well, and refrigerate for about twenty minutes to marinate.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, grate the lemon zest to obtain 1 tsp of zest. Mix it with the cottage cheese, grated cucumber, and coriander.
  • 4.   Squeeze the other half of the garlic clove, add it to the cottage cheese, and season.
  • 5.   Grill the chicken fillets for 8 to 10 minutes on each side and serve with the cucumber cottage cheese.

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • salt (according to taste)
