Nutella Fondant

A comforting Nutella fondant, or the sweet hazelnut torment...

Instructions

  • 1.   Cream the softened butter with the sugar until the mixture is well homogeneous.
  • 2.   Add the whole eggs, one at a time, then incorporate the entire jar of Nutella.
  • 3.   Add the sifted flour previously mixed with baking powder, and finally the powdered hazelnuts.
  • 4.   Grease a mold and pour the Nutella mixture into it.
  • 5.   Bake at 180°C or 350°F for 30 minutes. Monitor according to the heating power of your oven!

Notes & Suggestions

  • Source: 750g
    Almond puree can replace butter.
    16/09/2022:
    Butter 150g -> 75g
    Sugar 120g -> 60g and it's much better that way.

  • 500 g of Nutella
  • 4 eggs
  • 75 g of butter
  • 75 g of almond butter (optional)
  • 60 g of powdered sugar
  • 100 g of flour mix pastry without GLUTEN
  • 50 g of hazelnut
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

    The cooking time is too long or the temperature is too high. The cake is burnt on the outside even at 160°C. The cake is good.
