Mustard Pork

A revisited classic... Less sugar and less fat. Pork roast: 270g in this recipe

Instructions

  • 1.   Sear the pork fillets in a pan lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Cook the potatoes.
  • 3.   Steam or boil the green beans.
  • 4.   Peel and chop the shallots. Scatter them around the meat. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook over low heat, turning the meat twice.
  • 5.   While cooking, mix the heavy cream, mustard, and capers in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, 850W power, or in a small saucepan, then pour it over the meat.

  • 2 slice of pork roast
  • 1 tablespoon of caper
  • 4 tablespoon of light cream (12-15%)
  • 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  • 4 shallots
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 120 g of green bean
  • 4 Nicola potatoes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
