Overnight apple almond porridge WW

A delicious quick and filling breakfast. The contrast between the cold porridge and the warm apple, between the softness and crunchiness of the almond flakes is interesting.

Instructions

  • 1.   The night before: mix the oatmeal with the yogurt and honey (or agave syrup)
    Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 2.   In the morning: peel the apple, cut it into small pieces and microwave it for 2 minutes with a little cinnamon (if you like).
  • 3.   Arrange the apple pieces on top of the mixture, sprinkle with almonds and enjoy!

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can replace the cinnamon with vanilla on the apples or leave them plain.
