Asian Stir-Fried Noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely slice the meat, carrot, and rehydrated fragrant mushrooms into strips. Finely chop the onion and rinse the snow peas with clear water. Set aside.
  • 2.   Bring a large amount of water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add the Chinese noodles and cover for 4 minutes. Untangle the noodles with a fork and drain.
  • 3.   Heat the sesame oil in a wok, then stir-fry the onion, mushrooms, and chicken over high heat. After 5 minutes, add the shrimp, carrot, and snow peas. Season with sugar, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Let it cook for another 5 minutes. Add the sesame seeds and mix.
  • 4.   Add the noodles and mix well. Adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve when the noodles are hot.

  • Alternate the meats according to your taste:
    - Tenderloin
    - Sirloin steak
    - Chicken/shrimp (original recipe)

  • 1 white onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 40 g of shiitake mushrooms
  • 125 g of snow pea
  • 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 300 g of pork tenderloin (optional)
  • 300 g of rump steak (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
