Goat Cheese and Pear Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut them into thick slices. Cut the goat cheese into slices and roughly chop the walnuts. Slice the onion.
  • 2.   Line a tart dish with the shortcrust pastry. On the pastry base, arrange the pear slices, goat cheese slices, and onion slices.
  • 3.   Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream, season, and pour over the tart. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle with a little honey.
  • 4.   Bake for 30 minutes.
