1. STEP 1:
Arrange all the ingredients on a tray.
STEP 2:
Cook the Cereals and Lentils according to the instructions. Once cooked, remove the packet and pour the Cereals and Lentils into a bowl.
2. STEP 3:
Mash the pre-cooked sweet potato with a fork. Dice the onion and sauté it for 5 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic, and cumin. Let it cool.
STEP 4:
In a bowl, add the mashed sweet potato and sautéed onion to the mixture of Cereals and Lentils.
STEP 5:
Add the coriander, flour, salt, pepper, and egg.
3. STEP 6:
Mix everything well.
STEP 7:
Shape the mixture into patties the size of the bun, place them on a baking sheet, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. STEP 8:
Heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and brown the patties on both sides.
5. STEP 9:
Spread mustard on the burger buns, place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice.
STEP 10:
Add a patty on top.
6. STEP 11:
Finish with another tomato slice and a little ketchup. Close the burger.
STEP 12:
Enjoy with sweet potato fries.
