Instructions

  • 1.   Take the dough out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before using.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
    Unroll the dough in the pie dish with the parchment paper and prick the bottom with a fork.
  • 3.   In a large bowl, drain the tuna, then crumble it with a fork. Add the drained capers if desired) and the eggs. Mix vigorously.
  • 4.   Add the cottage cheese and the flour dissolved in the milk. Mix again.
  • 5.   Add to this mixture 2/3 of the grated Parmesan cheese and the olives. Cover the dough with this preparation and sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 6.   Bake for 40 minutes at 350-400°F (180-200°C).

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of cottage cheese
  • ½ glass of milk
  • 2 tablespoon of flour
  • 30 g of caper (optional)
  • 150 g of green olive
  • 150 g of grated parmesan
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
