Very simple recipe, with few ingredients, for last-minute crepes ^^

. Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.

. Pour half of the milk and mix well with a whisk or an electric mixer.

. Once the mixture is smooth, add the sugar and pour the remaining milk gradually while continuing to beat (or mix).

. Let it rest for at least 1 hour and cook in a hot pan or on a crepe maker (about 4 crepes each for 4 people).
