POTATOES WITH HAM AND CHEESE (MARMITON)

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes, prick them and cook for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Cut the potatoes in half, hollow them out leaving about 1 cm of flesh around the edges, being careful not to pierce them.
  • 3.   Roughly mash the extracted flesh with a fork, mix in the cream, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Fill the potato halves with this mixture.
  • 5.   Add a slice of shredded ham, without it sticking out, to each stuffed potato half.
  • 6.   Place a slice of cheese on top.
  • 7.   Slide into the oven and let it gratin under the broiler for about 5 minutes.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 8 slice of ham
  • 8 slice of raclette cheese
  • 60 g of butter
  • 10 cl of thick sour cream
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
