Chocolate Pots de Crème

Instructions

  • 1.   Break the chocolate into small pieces in a bowl.
    Heat one third of the cream in a saucepan and pour it over the chocolate.
    Let it sit for 2 minutes before homogenizing the mixture with a spatula.

    In another bowl, mix the eggs, yolk, and sugar until the sugar is well dissolved in the eggs.

    Gradually mix with the melted chocolate, then incorporate the milk and the remaining cream.
    Divide into the pots.

    Cook for 40 minutes in lactose dessert mode. Let it cool completely before serving.
