Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Slice the 3 peppers.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add the olive oil and start the browning function. Immediately add the chopped onions. Let them cook for 3 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the peppers and garlic, then continue in browning mode for 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the bulgur, cumin, cinnamon, and mix with a wooden spatula. Add the tomato flesh with the juice, water, salt, and pepper, then start the pressure cooking for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley and serve.

  • 400 g of crushed tomato
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 pinch of pepper (optional)
  • 8 leaf of parsley
  • 100 ml of water
  • parsley (according to taste)
