Veal with tomatoes and zucchini

Tender veal with vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Sear the meat with olive oil in a Dutch oven. Peel and slice the onion. Wash, peel, and cut the vegetables into small sticks.
  • 2.   Add the vegetables to the meat and cook for 10 minutes, then add the liquids and herbs. Season.
  • 3.   Cover and cook for 45 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   You can add water during cooking if needed.

  • 1 kg of veal blanquette
  • 20 cl of water
  • 1 onion
  • 10 cl of dry white wine
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 leaf of fresh sage
  • 2 stalk of thyme
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 4 small zucchini
  • 5 tomatoes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
