Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the dry ingredients in a mug.
  • 2.   Pour in the egg and mix vigorously, then add the melted butter (important) and coconut oil.
  • 3.   Mix for 30 seconds to make the mixture well homogeneous (be careful with the 'corners' at the bottom of the mug ;)).
  • 4.   Microwave for 80-90 seconds.
  • 5.   After removing from the microwave, quickly unmold and cut into one-centimeter slices.
