Instructions
1. Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm slices.
Slice the tuna thinly.
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Separate the garlic cloves and peel them.
Finely chop the cilantro.
Peel the lemon and slice it into rounds.
2. Recipe preparation:
In a shallow pot, place the potatoes, followed by the whole bell pepper and half of the tomatoes.
Cut the garlic cloves in half lengthwise and place half of them on top of the tomatoes.
Place the fish slices on top and pour the remaining tomatoes and garlic over them.
Sprinkle half a teaspoon of paprika and salt to taste over the fish.
Pour one and a half glasses of water over the fish, then add a quarter of a cup of oil on top.
Add the cilantro and place a lemon slice on each fish slice.
Cover the pot until it boils, then cook on high heat for 15 minutes until there is no more liquid left.
Meanwhile, mix one teaspoon of paprika with three-quarters of a cup of oil and pour it over the fish.
Cover the pot again, reduce the heat, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Notes & Suggestions
To make it spicier, cut the red bell pepper in half.
