Light Pear Crumble

A delicious and light crumble that is quick to prepare. Enjoy it cold or hot with a scoop of ice cream or fresh cream. Can be made with other fruits.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the pears into pieces.
    Cook them in the microwave for 3 minutes with a little sweetener.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the oats with the butter, almond powder, and agave syrup.
  • 3.   Divide the dough in half.
    Add milk to one half of the dough.
  • 4.   Line two small molds or one larger one with the milk dough.
    Press it down firmly.
  • 5.   Arrange the cooked pears on top of the dough.
  • 6.   Sprinkle with the remaining dough.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
  • 8.   Enjoy hot or cold.

  • 50 g of oat flake
  • 2 teaspoon of light butter 40%
  • 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
  • 5 tablespoon of almond powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener
  • 2 pears
  • 1 tablespoon of skim milk
