Zucchini and Goat Cheese Clafoutis

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and sauté them in olive oil for about 10 minutes until they become tender.
  • 2.   Mix the eggs with the goat cheese, then add the flour. Next, incorporate the milk and the cooked zucchini.
  • 3.   Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence, then pour the batter into a buttered baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
